About the Role

We're hiring a Product Designer to own end-to-end design across our web platform. You'll work closely with engineering and product to turn complex problems into clean, intuitive experiences — from early-stage wireframes to polished, production-ready designs.

What You'll Do

• Lead UX and UI design for new product features from discovery to delivery
• Run user research sessions, synthesise findings, and translate insights into design decisions
• Build and maintain our design system in Figma
• Collaborate daily with engineers to ensure designs are implemented faithfully
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development process

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of product design experience, ideally at a B2B or SaaS company
• Strong Figma skills and a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking
• Comfort working in ambiguity and iterating quickly based on feedback
• A good eye for typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to non-designers

Nice to Have

• Experience designing developer-facing tools or dashboards
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
